Paul Lembrechts has informed the board of FNG Nordic AB (publ) that he resigns as a board member and CEO.
The background is his decision to leave all assignments for FNG NV. Mr Lembrechts has been a board member
and CEO of FNG Nordic since August 2020 and he will leave these assignments before the end of the year.

The work of finding a new CEO as well as a new board member to replace Paul Lembrechts for the period until the
next annual general meeting will be carried out expeditiously. The aim is to present a replacement in the board in
connection with an extraordinary general meeting before the end of the year.
