Sustainability Reporting
Our sustainability reports provide transparent information about our goals, progress and challenges. The reporting is developed in line with evolving EU and Norwegian requirements, including the CSRD and Norweigan Transparency Act, and includes both our Sustainability Report and Human Rights Due Diligence Report.
Our Approach
Sustainability is integrated into our business decisions and processes. Our work is guided by clear priorities, policies and targets, with a focus on the areas where our impact and risks are greatest.
Environment
We work to reduce climate impact across our value chain, including emissions from production, transport and our own operations, while improving energy efficiency and resource use.
Sustainable Materials
Our ambition is to develop attractive products made with more sustainable materials, and produced with less water, energy and chemicals. We are increasing the share of certified and recycled materials in our products and working to make them easier to reuse and recycle.
Supplier Relations
It is important to our customers, employees, owners and to us that our products are made with respect to the people who produce them. We work with suppliers to support human rights and fair working conditions, based on international standards and long-term collaboration.
Equality & Diversity
An inclusive corporate culture, in which we accept and leverage differences, is a prerequisite for an efficient, professional and profitable business, and an important component when we seek to recruit, develop and retain the right competence. At Ellos Group, all employees shall have the same opportunities, rights and responsibilities, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, disability or age.
Community
We contribute to society through partnerships and initiatives, including collaboration with organisations such as WOW Foundation and Räddningsmissionen (Klädrätt).
