Our work is guided by a set of policies, including the Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy and Human Rights Policy. These define how we manage topics such as business ethics, working conditions and environmental impact. The policies apply to our own operations and to suppliers, and are regularly reviewed and approved at management and Board level.

We focus on areas where we have the greatest impact and where risks are highest, as identified in our double materiality assessment. This includes climate impact, use of materials, working conditions in the supply chain and product safety. For example, we have set a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 compared to 2020. At the same time, we are increasing the share of certified and recycled materials in our products. In 2025, we achieved a 24% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2020 and reached 96% more sustainable cotton in our own brands.

Most of our impact occurs in the supply chain. We therefore work closely with suppliers to improve transparency, energy use and working conditions. This includes regular audits, data collection and follow-up actions. Our aim is to reduce risks, improve conditions for workers and support more sustainable production over time.

We report our progress annually in our Sustainability Report and Human Rights Due Diligence Report. Read the reports here. These reports include both results and remaining challenges. In some areas, such as parts of our value chain emissions and upstream environmental impact, data is still being developed to improve accuracy over time.
