As of 30 June 2022, Olof Faxander is new board member of FNG Nordic AB (publ). Olof Faxander has extensive experience in leadership roles in large industrial companies and has been the CEO of Sandvik and SSAB. Since 2016, Olof Faxander is Operating Partner at Nordic Capital.

The board also consists of Robert Furuhjelm, chairman of the board, and Morten Faye Eriksen, board member.
